Our philosophy is to preserve what can and should be saved, rebuild what has become unstable, and use implant therapy when replacement is the better long-term choice. The goal is not simply to complete a procedure. It is to create treatment that supports health, function, natural appearance, and long-term stability.

In clinical terms, Elite Prosthetic Dentistry is built on a periodontal-prosthetic philosophy of therapy: preserve the adult dentition whenever it can be maintained predictably, reconstruct failing or worn dentitions comprehensively when needed, and replace teeth that cannot be preserved with precisely planned implant and restorative treatment. Every case is guided by comprehensive diagnosis, tissue health, occlusal stability, restorative design, natural esthetics, long-term maintainability, and a sustained pursuit of excellence.

The same philosophy applies across every kind of care the practice provides:

• Preserving natural teeth. The first question is what can be kept predictably. Periodontal, restorative, endodontic, bite, and prosthetic factors are weighed together before replacement is recommended.
• Implant therapy. When a tooth cannot be kept predictably, the implant is planned from the final restoration backward, with surgical position, tissue, bite, esthetics, and long-term maintenance considered as one plan.
• Reconstruction. When wear, instability, or several failing restorations are involved, the dentition is treated as a system rather than repaired one tooth at a time.
• Cosmetic dentistry. Appearance is built on sound diagnosis, proportion, gum architecture, bite, material choice, and laboratory execution, not on appearance alone.
• TMJ and bite problems. Symptoms are evaluated within the whole functional system: bite relationships, clenching and grinding, restorative history, and wear.

• Diagnosis first. Every treatment plan begins with a comprehensive evaluation of the teeth, bite, supporting bone, and existing dentistry, not with a predetermined procedure.
• Integrated surgical and restorative planning. Surgical placement and the final restoration are planned together and delivered within one specialist practice, so the implant serves the final tooth rather than the other way around.
• CBCT for every implant case. Every implant case, from a single implant through full-mouth reconstruction, is planned on a CBCT (cone beam CT) scan. The scan shows bone volume and density, nerve and sinus anatomy, the space available for the restoration, and where the implant must sit to support the planned final tooth. Treatment ranges from replacing a single older crown to full-mouth reconstruction, depending on each patient’s needs. Our goal is to help patients make thoughtful long-term decisions, whether treatment is limited or comprehensive.

How Care Works

1. Consultation and diagnostic workup. A full examination of every existing restoration, the bite, the gums, and the supporting bone, with photographs, radiographs, and study records appropriate to the case. Every implant case is planned on a CBCT scan.
2. Findings and options. The diagnosis is explained in plain language, including what can be preserved, what is aging, what is failing, and the reasonable alternatives, including doing less.
3. Written treatment plan. Phases, sequence, materials, and fees are set out in writing before treatment begins, so the plan can be reviewed and compared.
4. Staged treatment. Work proceeds in a deliberate order, usually foundation first. Provisional restorations keep appearance and function stable between phases, and complex care can be consolidated into fewer, longer visits, with sedation when appropriate.
5. Laboratory refinement. Final restorations are designed and fabricated in the in-house laboratory, with shade, contour, fit, and bite refined together with the clinician.
6. Delivery and maintenance. Final restorations are seated and the bite is verified, and a maintenance interval is set to protect the result over the long term. Routine hygiene can remain with a trusted general dentist when the patient prefers.

Fees, Insurance, and Financing

Elite Prosthetic Dentistry is a fee-for-service practice and is not in-network with any dental insurance plan. Many PPO plans include out-of-network benefits, and the practice provides the documentation patients need to seek reimbursement. The practice does not participate in Medicare or Medicaid dental plans. Fees reflect the complexity of each case and are set out in a written treatment plan before treatment begins.
