With her endless passion for dentistry and excellent bonding with patients, Laleh brings exceptional skills to our practice as she creates the most positive experience for each patient every day. Her experience working with many types of dental practices in the DC area for over 20 years makes her a unique professional in educating patients, supporting the dentists, and training the dental team. Her belief in continual education is in sync with her desire for her team to be the most efficient in taking care of their patients.

"My passion is to be involved with patient care that really solves people's problems. To consistently have that type of back-up between the specialist team and the patient is key to me."

Laleh is a martial artist, cyclist, weight lifter, and runner. She loves Ultimate Frisbee, traveling, and music. Her two grown sons are the most amazing part of her life.

Fatima became a CDA and a radiology technician in 2007. Over the last 14 years she has brought a special empathy and kindness to her patients, while developing exceptional skills in both restorative and surgical assisting. Her clinical instinct and steady presence make complex implant and reconstruction cases feel manageable for patients.

When she is not working, Fatima loves exploring new countries with her husband, son, and daughter.

As a top dental technician, Felix is completely dedicated to providing patients with the ultimate crown, veneer, or implant reconstruction. He continually pursues new techniques and materials that produce better aesthetic and functional outcomes. Felix and Dr. Marlin have worked together for over a decade, shaping the precise fit and natural appearance that define our restorations.

Felix is a dedicated family man with two grown children.

Joined the practice in 2020 with 10+ years of chairside and administrative experience.

Anne is warm, welcoming, and consistently helpful for patients scheduling recommended treatment. She is passionate about getting to know each patient personally and is always available to help patients understand and problem-solve their insurance benefits so they get the most from their coverage as they file for reimbursement.

Anne is a devoted parent of her two teenage boys.

Background in education, brings organizational discipline to patient experience.

Laura combines person-to-person and organizational skills, and is very adept at helping patients resolve any administrative issues. She provides extensive administrative back-up to many members of the team. As a 'people person,' Laura is inherently client-oriented and quick to step in wherever a patient needs help.

"Being able to assist others has always been a passion of mine. I feel extremely fortunate to be a part of such an amazing team."

Laura is the proud mother of seven-year-old twins. In her free time, she enjoys reading, watching movies, and spending time with family and friends.

Trained at dental school in Egypt, brings broad clinical fundamentals.

Ziad received his initial dental training at dental school in Egypt. After serving as a lead technician at another practice, he joined our team in pursuit of an environment that prioritizes patient care and high standards. His clinical background and patient-first mindset make him a strong fit for our team.

Alexis Bennett, CRNA, is a premier provider of office-based anesthesia services specializing in dental and plastic surgery procedures across Maryland, Washington DC, and Virginia, representing Ageless Anesthesia Associates. A proud member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, Alexis earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Louisiana State University and her Master of Science in Nurse Anesthesia from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. She began her career in two Level I trauma centers, where she gained extensive experience managing complex, high-acuity surgical cases. Today, she brings that same precision and calm expertise to every patient, making anesthesia experiences as safe, smooth, and stress-free as possible.

Outside of her professional life, Alexis enjoys boating, hiking, fishing, and chess, and treasures time with friends and family.
